Cargilfield is a school of 270 children between the ages of 3 and 13, boys
and girls; a school in which the individual is looked after at all times
both in and out of class; class sizes in the Pre-Prep average 13 and in
the Upper School average 15; both the HMI and National Care Commission have
reported very favourably on all aspects of Cargilfield life; pupils are
prepared for senior schools all over the United Kingdom and we have no particular
ties to any one school.
This is a school of ambition and excellence but it is also
a family school with old fashioned values of courtesy and
helpfulness, care and a genuine warmth in the community;
a place where every individual matters throughout his or
her whole career at Cargilfield.
We hope that you find the information on this site welcoming
