Cargilfield hockey: This has been a great beginning for us all here and a lot of credit goes to Colin Clarke and Sian MacKenzie. After the success of the U11 hockey team in the last 3 years – silver medal, gold medal and bronze medal – this augurs very well for the coming term. Ross Murdoch’s U11 team will try very hard to qualify down South again and the U13 team is favourite to qualify for the Milfield Championships.
