The Pre Prep had fun making Christingles this week and P2 led a short service in the chapel with all the children sitting around the Christmas tree. They explained each part of the Christingle. They told us that the orange represents the world, the cocktail sticks stand for the four seasons and the red ribbon reminds us of God’s love. The sweets represent God’s beautiful creation and all His good gifts and the candle shows the light of Jesus bringing hope to our world. We concluded with a short Christingle prayer asking God to bless the children as the little lights were glowing in their hands.
