80 years since start of WW2

We remember those who died

Today is 80 years since the start of World War 2. We remember those who fought and died for freedom, especially the 63 old boys and masters from Cargilfield whose names appear on our War Memorial in Chapel.

For seven years (1939-1946), Cargilfield children were evacuated from Cramond and moved up to Lawers House up near Comrie in Perthshire; in March 2020, we shall be remembering this time in the school's history with a musical event up at Lawers.
