U11B Rugby beat Loretto

U11B Rugby beat Loretto

A terrific end to the season

Won 15-5

On the last match day of the Rugby season, the boys were eager to cap off a wonderful season with a win against Loretto. I was pleased that we showed our dominance from the start and played well as an attacking team; tacking the ball into contact, setting up the ruck and offloading it to players in space. We have capable runners, who can run with force, and this allowed us to score plenty of tries today. However, there is still some work to be done in working well together in defence; the tries they scored came from surges down the middle, which should have been stopped with an organised defence. A challenge for next year!

A fantastic way to finish the season! Well done, boys!
