The Lions were first to play against Ardvreck today. They showed great teamwork throughout their entire match. Beatrice and Isla SA worked hard in defence to keep the ball out of the D. Praise and Alexandra brought the ball up the pitch quickly and Livia supported Jemima in scoring two goals. Final score of the first game was 2-0 to Cargilfield.

The Cheetahs were up next. Ardvreck gave it their best shot but with such strong play from Zinnia and Alice in defence, Glory and Isla M midfield, and Helena and Livia attacking, they just couldn’t keep up with the Cargilfield girls. 13-0 full time.
