It was a beautiful afternoon at Cargilfield for a home fixture with the U11s, and perfect conditions for a fun and competitive game on the astro. The pairs for today’s match were:

Cargilfield started with the bat. Each pair communicated well, showing growing confidence in their running between the wickets. With boundaries removed for this match, the girls had to work extra hard to earn their runs through smart decision-making and quick sprinting.

Zanna and Georgia stood out as the top batting pair, scoring an impressive 24 runs — with 12 in each over! A fantastic effort and brilliant teamwork.

In the field, the team showed growing awareness and commitment. Minty delivered two excellent wickets, and Zanna took a sharp catch, helping to keep the pressure on St Mary’s throughout.
