Our Primary 1 classes spent Thursday morning at Lauriston Castle exploring the grounds and hunting for signs of Autumn coming. There were collections of leaves, twigs, berries and seeds and more than a few splotches of mud. They enjoyed learning about dangerous and safe items in nature that can be found by the roadside. They behaved well, used up lots of energy and loved travelling on the minibus for the first time in months.
