The girls enjoyed a nice afternoon with ideal playing conditions. The opposing team had a goalie and not us. As Cargilfield had one extra player the girls were offered to use the opponent’s goalie for half the game and swap with one of our players. They decided to play as a team and play without a goalie. Lara and Emilia worked well in defence, while Nadia, Amenah and Rowan ran after every ball in centre. In the attack we had Lexie, Hattie and Lyla doing a fierce job. In the end, Lexie scored at the very beginning and Amenah followed her. They did not win but it was a good game to play and watch.
