U9 Cricket v Loretto
Lost by 17 runs
Cargilfield batted first and managed to score a total of 52 runs. There was some good hitting, particularly from Hollynd, Jack and James R. We communicated well and ran successfully between wickets, with James M and Daniyal running 5 runs in one bowl. When it came to our fielding, we started very well with Jack taking two super catches from the first two bowls from Evan. Faris and James M also took great catches. Our throwing was good and our stopping of the ball was also strong, with Basil and Arran making some great stops. Innes, Alexander and Ethan also made some strong contributions. Well played boys.
