Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week

Good morning, everyone. Today is the start of Children's Mental Health week and throughout this week, we shall be posting lots of ideas on our social media channels as to how you can improve your mental health during this time of isolation and working at home. It is important for all of us to find things that make us fell good about ourselves, be that reading a good book, going for a run, talking to friends and family or......watching Fulham play football!!

We need to find time to talk to someone we trust if we need help and support. As the Duchess of Cambridge says, "And while this is Children’s Mental Health Week there has never been a more important time to talk about parental wellbeing and mental health too. Last year you told me just how important this was that many of us find it hard to prioritise. This is a hugely challenging time for us all so please look after yourself too. Find those ways in which to share your thoughts and your feelings or find someone to talk to because we really do need to be the very best versions of ourselves for the children in our care.”

Have a good week, everyone, and we look forward to you all expressing yourself on Friday during your online lessons!
