The children have been learning all about the Hindu and Sikh festival of Diwali. We have been creating all sorts of wonderful rangoli patterns, decorating our hand with henna patterns, dressing up in bright clothes and talking about the story of 'Rama and Sita' and why people, when celebrating Diwali, use lights to celebrate.
