U10 Netball lost to St Mary's

Lots to learn and improve on

The U10 girls were up against a strong team from St Mary’s today. The first half was filled with quick passes and good defence from Emilia M and Angelina. Lotte, Thalia and Rosanna, our attacking girls, did a great job of calling names when free to bring the ball forward into the goal third. However, goals were narrowly missed. St Mary’s were in the lead at the end of the first half.

Lucia was strong in her position of goal defence and worked well with Cecilia to keep the ball out of the goal circle. Cargilfield attacked well in the second half but once again, couldn’t quite make any goals.

Player of the match goes to Cecilia for all of her hard work as Goal Keep. Well done!

Overall, a brilliant win for St Marys (14-0). And a big thank you for the takeaway hotdogs!
