U12 Girls' Cricket lost to St George's

A narrow loss but lots of fun!

U12 Girl’s Cricket v St Georges

What an afternoon for cricket. It really was four seasons in one day today with sunshine, heavy rain and a bit of wind. The girls were on great form and keen to put their skills to good use. We chose to field first and Lily and Anna opened the bowling. Both teams started the game well with a few great shots by the batsman and an early wicket. Each pair provided some great bowling. Our target when it was our turn to bat was 237. Once again, each pair put in their best efforts with Bea and Annika batting extremely well. We ended on 222 which meant a well-deserved victory to St Georges.
