P1s had great weather for their trip to the Falkirk Wheel, Helix Park and the Kelpies on Thursday. They saw how canals worked; an action-packed demonstration of the locks letting barges through and then watching them being lifted hundreds of metres into the air. There was also some paddling in the Scot Splash area, fun in the playpark and a delicious picnic.
