A group of 26 keen choristers from Forms 6, 7 and 8 travelled to Glenalmond on Sunday 13th October to take part in the annual Glenalmond Choral Day which brings together Prep School choirs and the Glenalmond Chapel Choir to rehearse during an afternoon for an Evensong Service. We very much enjoyed the lively music by Malcolm Archer chosen for this year and singing to an absolutely packed chapel, with families attending as well as Glenalmond pupils and staff, made for a really splendidly festive occasion. As usual we were made very welcome, especially by our hosts, former pupils Emma (now Captain of the Choir at Glenalmond) and Rosanna. Wonderful to also spot Malayka in the choir and Judith and Jack (as Pipe Major) in the Pipe Band, which put on a fantastic performance right before the service. Well done to all the pupils who took part.
