On a chilly November afternoon the under 10 and under 9 girls took to the hockey pitch for a mixed festival with Fettes, Loretto, and Ardvreck. Split up into mixed teams with the other schools the Cargilfield girls shone as they played with vigour, skill, and confidence. Their determination allowed them to make some great plays and demonstrate their expertise throughout the games. Although they left the pitch a bit colder than when they came on the girls had a wonderful afternoon filled with hockey and new friends.
