Loretto towered over our U11B team in height today however we held our ground and despite a 13-2 loss, we produced some great passing sequences and worked well together. Our captain of the day, Bea was fiesty in midfield. Sophia and Famke were our solid GK and GD throughout the game, always sticking to their players. Up front, Amenah and Mariella moved well and got in space to shoot. The first 3 quarters were pretty much one-way traffic, however, the girls remained positive throughout and in the final quarter we really stepped up our game, showing some great energy in our play and Mariella scored our 2 goals.
