U9 Touch Rugby v Ardvreck

Lost 9-8

This afternoon the U9 boys travelled all the way to Ardvreck for a lovely game of touch rugby. Unfortunately the boys just fell short, losing 9-8 but there were plenty of positives with some great individual moments throughout.

William was the standout, scoring several tries with his fantastic runs and tracking back well to make crucial touches, earning him Man of the Match. Tobias also had a strong performance, not only scoring but making countless touches to disrupt the opposition.

Daniel dazzled with some slick dodging and safe hands, while Archie made good runs and was always looking to pass into space. Calvin showed off his defensive work, including a key interception that turned momentum our way.

Luca stayed in space effectively and contributed with smart touches, while Ted scored multiple tries with his blistering speed and powerful running. Oscar kept a positive attitude, always well-positioned and supporting his teammates.

Although we didn’t get the win, improving our defensive line and backing up our players will help us bounce back next time. Well done, Under 9s!
