Our U10 girls got off to an electrifying start, swiftly gaining possession and scoring their first goal within the opening minutes. From there, Craigclowan kept up the pressure, making for an action-packed game with no shortage of excitement. The 10-minute thirds provided both teams with valuable opportunities to regroup, reflect, and refine their strategies. Our girls were eager to experiment with different positions throughout the match, and they embraced the challenge of switching things up. Despite the constant rotation, Mo, Clara, Izzy, and Sophie formed an impenetrable defensive unit that Craigclowan couldn’t seem to break through. In attack, our offensive power was relentless, with Kirsty, Arabella, and Zanna constantly keeping the pressure on Craigclowan’s defenders, never giving them a moment’s rest. Sophia was outstanding in goal, making crucial saves whenever a shot got past our rock-solid defense. Overall, it was an excellent display of teamwork and determination from both sides. Great job, girls—fantastic hockey all around!
