Form 4 have been learning about special places in their RS lessons.  Having explored churches last week, today involved a look at Jewish syngogues.  We looked at certain items often associated with synagogues, such as the Torah holy book and its mantel, but also what was often worn by Jews.  The children enjoyed trying on the kippah skull-cap and the tallith shawl, to make it all the more real.
