For their CE Geography fieldwork project, Form 8 went to Lindores Abbey Distillery in Fife. They were given a fascinating tour of the whisky manufacturing process, and the bottles are now for sale if anyone is interested! We also had an exciting role play tour of the abbey ruins and learned about the history of the abbey and local area and its importance to Scottish monarchy.
